When you download a Backup Client successfully. However the registration is fail and the computer does not appear in the Backup Management Console.

Or re-register a client computer to a separate Backup Account.

Use that form to register a Backup new client manually.

Using quotation marks, if you have special characters or spaces in your password.

1. Prompt open command and navigate to C:\Program Files\BackupClient\BackupAndRecovery
2. Issue this command to register the client machine : https://billing.mondoze.com/clientarea.php

  Agent 12.5.9940 and above

1. Prompt open command and navigate to C:\Program Files\BackupClient
2. Issue this command to register the client machine : https://billing.mondoze.com/clientarea.php

Linux OS

Agent 12.5.4670 and below

1. Terminal activates as root user
2. To register the agent, type the following instruction : https://billing.mondoze.com/clientarea.php
