Our VPS hosting services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or performance of our services.
You may cancel your VPS hosting plan within seven (7) days of sign-up and receive a full refund of any fees paid, less any setup fees, domain registration fees, processing fees, additional IP, IP changing fee that may have been incurred during the purchase process. However, any promotional VPS hosting services are not eligible for a refund.
You agree to use our VPS hosting services only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with the services we provide to other customers. Services that are suspended or terminated due to non-compliance of the AUP and TOS are not eligible for refunds.
We reserve the right to terminate your VPS hosting plan or suspend your access to our services at any time and for any reason, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms of use or any applicable laws or regulations.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our VPS hosting services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our VPS hosting services, your violation of these terms of use, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
The monthly bandwidth usage on your VPS is under 10% of your monthly quota.
These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to our VPS hosting services, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
NOTE: If you wish to change the IP address associated with your VPS hosting plan, you may do so by submitting a request to us. The IP change request must be made within 24 hours of purchasing the VPS. Any requests submitted after this timeframe may result in additional fees of $10 per IP changing will be charged for each request. We urge all customers to comply with this policy to avoid any inconvenience.
VPS Promotion
- The promotions are valid for the first 100 new registrations.
- Existing VPS customers are entitled to the promotions if they purchase a new VPS service plan. The promotions are not valid for renewal/recurring of VPS service plan.
- Existing customers who are not on VPS service plan are entitled to the promotions if they purchase or upgrade to a new VPS service plan, however strictly no refund will be given on their existing service plan; promotions are not valid with any downgrade of service plan.
- The promotions are valid for initial contractual period only. Renewal will be based on the prevailing published rate and is subject to change without prior notice.
- The promotions will be void if there is a change of service plan, suspension or termination of the account due to whatsoever reason, or if the account is overdue / delinquent during the promotion or tenure period, strictly no refund will be given.
- The promotions are not valid with other promotional offers, discounts or privileges.
- The promotions are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
- Mondoze reserves the right to withdraw the promotion or amend the terms and conditions or disqualify any customer if there is a suspicion of misuse or abuse without prior notice.
Referral Program
Eligibility: Existing Mondoze customers and non-customers can participate in the program. Mondoze reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
Referral Link and Tracking: Upon registration, participants will receive a unique referral link. Referrals must sign up using the participant’s referral link for tracking and eligibility. Mondoze is not responsible for referral sign-ups without proper referral link usage.
Commission and Payouts: Participants earn a 15% commission on qualifying referrals’ purchases. Commission is calculated based on the net revenue received from the referred customer. A minimum balance of US$30 must be reached before payout is permitted. Payouts are typically made through preferred payment methods specified by Mondoze. Mondoze reserves the right to adjust commission rates or payout terms at its discretion.
Referral Validity: In case of refund or cancellation within the 60-day period, the referral commission will be voided. Mondoze retains the right to validate referrals and adjust commissions if any fraudulent activity or abuse is detected.
Cookies and Attribution: Referral cookies have a duration of 90 days from the time a potential customer clicks on the referral link. If a referral signs up within the 90-day cookie period, the commission will be credited to the participant. If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the referral link that was clicked last will be attributed.
Prohibited Activities: Participants must not engage in spamming, unethical practices, or misleading promotions. Affiliates must not use their own referral link to sign up for Mondoze services.
Limitation of Liability: Mondoze is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the referral program. Mondoze’s maximum liability shall be limited to the total referral commission earned by the participant.
Modification and Termination: Mondoze reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Participants will be notified of any changes to the program via email.
By participating in the Mondoze Referral Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your participation and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
By signing up to a Mondoze service plan, you acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions provided herein, in addition to the Registration Terms & Conditions specified at www.mondoze.com/terms
